Welcome to Heart’s Mind™ Coaching

Grow from the inside out.

What if your greatest source of motivation was already inside you — waiting to be recognized, not manufactured?

At Heart’s Mind™ Coaching, we begin with that truth.

Developed from over two decades of research and real-life experience, this coaching approach is built on the 12 Phases™ of Unconscious Response — a natural cycle your inner life follows when it’s healing, reorienting, or preparing for growth.

Instead of imposing change from the outside, we work with what’s already unfolding inside you.

This is not a fix. It’s a recognition.
You’re not broken. You’re in process.

This coaching is for you if...

  • You’ve hit a transition point and want to move forward with clarity

  • You sense something meaningful is shifting, but can’t name it yet

  • You’re leading (or living) from the outside in — and want to reverse that

  • You’re curious about what’s quietly organizing your life beneath the surface

How We Work Together

We begin with conversation, not conversion. There’s no hard sell — just a mutual exploration of whether this process feels right for you, right now.

If we decide to work together, you’ll learn to:

  • Identify which of the 12 Phases™ you’re currently in

  • Work with — not against — your natural rhythm of change

  • Translate inner growth into meaningful outer direction

You don’t need to rush. You need to recognize.

Ready to explore?

I invite you to start by noticing what’s already stirring.
Your next step may not be big — but it will be real.

The Power of 12 Days: How Transformation Unfolds Before We Even Realize It

Sometimes, change happens so naturally that we don’t even see it until we look back. That’s what makes the 12 Phases™ so powerful—they reveal the quiet, unconscious shifts that guide us forward, even when we feel stuck. I recently witnessed this firsthand in a 12-day coaching journey, where a client moved through a remarkable transformation, even before they fully realized it themselves.

The Challenge: A Sense of Uncertainty

When we began, my client—let’s call them Alex—was struggling with a deep sense of uncertainty. They weren’t lost, exactly, but they felt disconnected from their own direction, unsure of what was holding them back. They had tried logic, problem-solving, even forcing motivation, but nothing seemed to click.

Rather than searching for an immediate answer, we focused on something else: where Alex was in their personal cycle of growth.

The Turning Point: Trusting the Process

As we explored their experience through the 12 Phases™ lens, something fascinating happened. Alex started recognizing patterns—moments of resistance, unexpected clarity, and even hidden strategies they had been using without realizing it. The shift wasn’t about “fixing” anything. It was about seeing what was already at work within them.

By Day 6, Alex still didn’t feel different. But they were responding differently. They were more aware of their own unconscious process, and that awareness was already shifting their next steps.

The Transformation: A New Perspective

By Day 12, the real change became clear. The hesitation they felt at the start wasn’t a sign of failure—it was a natural phase of their cycle. With this awareness, Alex wasn’t just moving forward; they were moving forward with clarity. The same circumstances were there, but their relationship to them had changed.

And that’s the essence of transformation—it’s often clearer in hindsight.

The Takeaway: Your Growth is Already in Motion

If you’ve ever felt uncertain or stuck, it doesn’t mean you’re off track. It might just mean you’re in a phase of your own growth cycle that you haven’t recognized yet. The process is already happening—you just need to see it.

This is what we explore in Heart’s Mind™ Coaching. Not by forcing change, but by uncovering the deeper movement already within you. If you’re curious about your own cycle of growth, let’s start a conversation.
